Q. How long will my project take to complete?
Well, you know what they say….. ‘How long is a piece of string?’….. Just like no 2 people are exactly the same, NO 2 websites are the same either!……in other words, the simple answer to this questions is that there are so many variables that will affect how long a website will take to build. Factors such as:
. Do you require a simple one-page web site, a brochure website, or an all singing & dancing dynamic E-commerce store.
. Will you require any custom scripts on your store?
. Do you need us to source & provide the images & content for your site, or will you provide these?
. These are just a few of the elements that will affect how long your website will take.
Q. Are there additional costs?
NOPE!…..We are super proud to say that with Pyrexcel Web Design, the price that you see (or the prince that you are quoted by our staff) is the price that you will pay. We promise that there will be NO extra hidden fees or charges with our website development agency services. Which means that you are able to plan your finances without any hidden surprises!

Q. What about Refunds?
A. As you can imagine, because most of our services are digital, we are unable to offer a refund on the majority of our services once your project has been started. We always offer a cooling off period before beginning your project and you are able to cancel within this 7 day period for a free refund.
